a. Talent acquisition and recruitment (70%):
• Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process (from job posting, sourcing & screening, interview & selection, to on-boading), expanding talent pools and delivering a high standard service that fulfill talent needs.
• Maintain an updated and complete job description.
• Analyze position requirements and suggest a suitable recruitment plan
• Prepare yearly manpower budgets
• Develop, modify, and implement recruitment process, procedures, and policies
• Build relationships with potential recruiting channels; manage relationships and contracts with the various recruitment channels
• Support leading employer branding initiatives on social networks
• Building partnership with universities, youth-run organizations
• Initiate and take lead the on-boarding process for new talents from start to finish.-
• Manage candidate database. Complete recruiment reports and other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
b. Employee Engagement (10%): Organize teambuilding and other activities to motivate employees, create good working environment to enhance teamwork spirit and co-operation from staff to achieve target
c. C&B (20%):
• In charge of C&B including: Time – sheet, Social insurance, PIT, Labor and Others for employees accurately, effectively and confidentially.
• Handle and take care Labor contract, Offer letter, Appraisal form for completing probation time, appraisal form for ending of the year.
• Coordinate with Bank staff to create ATM for employees.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in related majors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2 year experience in a recruiting (Non IT)
• Good English is a plus point
• Highly responsible, hard-working, can work under pressure;
• Knowledge and experience of using social networking tools, a proven track record of using social media to attract talent is essential.
• Be an outstanding communicator, with a strong capability to engage others;
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated is key;
• Strong organizational skills
